Filippo Mascolo has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Filippo is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Digital Turbine since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Fyber, which was later acquired by Digital Turbine, from January 2018 to March 2022. Before joining Fyber, they were employed as a Junior C++ Developer at Falk Technologies GmbH from May 2016 to January 2018. Filippo also gained valuable experience through a traineeship at CITEC - Cognitive Interaction Technology, Centre of Excellence, where they worked on their master thesis. During this traineeship from February 2015 to July 2015, they developed a software flow for testing and diagnosing faults in reconfigurable systems due to radiations during a space flight mission. Filippo specifically focused on developing a routing algorithm to maximize test coverage in FPGAs.
Filippo Mascolo completed their education at the Università di Pisa. From 2005 to 2011, they pursued their undergraduate degree, earning a Laurea di primo livello in Ingnegneria Informatica (Computer Engineering). Filippo went on to complete a Laurea Magistrale from 2012 to 2015, specializing in Ingegneria Informatica with a curriculum focused on "Computer System and Networks." In 2015, Filippo also attended a training center called "OverNet education," where they studied Java language programming. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco in December 2012.
