Ilan Schachter

Ilan Schachter serves as the VP of Legal and Business Affairs at Digital Turbine since 2012, bringing extensive experience in legal counsel from previous roles at modu and Oren Giladi, Law Offices. At modu, responsibilities included providing legal oversight across various departments and leading the legal preparations for an Initial Public Offering. Prior to that, Ilan specialized in antitrust law and commercial regulation at Oren Giladi, and held positions at the Israel Airport Authority and Israeli Air Force, focusing on security and oversight. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Heriot-Watt University and an LL.B. from The College of Management.
