Moran Pasternak-Shiri

Moran Pasternak-Shiri has extensive work experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Moran most recently served as the Director People Business Partner at Digital Turbine since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the EMEA and APAC Sales HR Business Partner at Ribbon Communications from July 2020 to December 2021. Before joining Ribbon Communications, Moran worked at ECI Telecom, where they held the positions of Head of Global Sales and Marketing HR from January 2020 to July 2020, and Regional HR Business Partner from May 2019 to January 2020, providing support to the Sales and Operations organizations across Europe, Israel, and Africa.

Moran also gained HR experience at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Israel, where they served as the Associate Director Global HR Manager from October 2014 to May 2019, and as the Talent Acquisition Manager from October 2010 to October 2014. Prior to their time at Teva Pharmaceutical, Moran worked at Manpower Business Solutions as an HR Outsourcing Account Manager from February 2008 to September 2010, and as the Office and Employees Manager at HP Indigo from June 2006 to February 2008. Moran started their career as a Call Center Team Manager at Pelephone from August 2001 to August 2005.

Throughout their career, Moran has developed a strong background in HR, with a focus on business partnering, sales, marketing, talent acquisition, and regional HR support.

Moran Pasternak-Shiri completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, spanning from 2001 to 2005. They continued their academic journey at the same university, pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) between 2007 and 2011, specializing in Business Management. Earlier, from 1992 to 1995, Moran studied Psychology at Ginsburg, earning a degree in the same field.
