Marcela Vladîca

Marcela Vladîca is a seasoned professional in the field of solutions engineering and software development, currently serving as the Global Head of Solutions Engineering at DigitalGenius since April 2021, after progressing from Lead Solutions Engineer. In this role, Marcela oversees the solutions engineering process, ensuring the delivery of tailored AI solutions to meet customer needs. Prior experience includes positions as a .NET Developer at Programming Pool, where responsibilities involved collaborating on application design and development, and earlier roles including a .NET Developer Intern and a Summer Intern at Universal Alloy Corporation Europe. Additionally, Marcela has experience as a Leadership Course Trainer at the Youth Resource Center "Progress," educating youth on various leadership and project management topics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Innovation and Technology Development Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, both from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, along with training from the Cisco Networking Academy.
