Mikko Koivisto serves as the Service Design Director at Digitalist Group Plc since August 2021, following a role as Head of Customer Experience & Service Design at Helen between January 2020 and July 2021. With extensive experience in service design and customer experience, Mikko spent nearly eight years at Hellon as Customer Experience Director and Lead Service Designer, where responsibilities included project management, developing design processes, and recruiting designers. Additional roles include Principal Instructor and Lecturer at Aalto PRO, board member of the International Design Foundation, and Owner of Design Mikko Koivisto Tmi. Mikko's educational background features a MA in Industrial Design from Aalto University and various qualifications in customer experience and design management.
