Viridiana De la Garza

Viridiana De la Garza serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Nearshoreinmexico and holds the position of Founding Partner & CFO at QuadForte Capital LLC, both since March and October 2023, respectively. Previously, Viridiana was the Chief Operating Officer for Tech Mahindra's Delivery and Operations in Mexico and LATAM from August 2021 to September 2023, taking on expanded responsibilities following the acquisition of DigitalOnUs. At DigitalOnUs, from August 2015 to September 2023, Viridiana played a crucial role in overseeing operations across Mexico, Canada, and LATAM, facilitating significant growth from one to over 500 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Presales Consultant at Hexaware Technologies from May 2011 to August 2015. Viridiana holds an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and successfully completed the Mahindra Universe Program at Harvard Business School in 2022, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo.
