Hervé SOLUS

Hervé SOLUS has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Hervé has held the role of CEO & Cofounder at DigitalRecruiters since 2015, where they lead the growth of the company and manages various positions such as sales, development, customer success, and UX design. Prior to that, they were the CEO & Cofounder of JOBaProximite from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on human-centric recruitment and connecting candidates with nearby job opportunities. Hervé also served as the General Manager of Piscinelle SA from 2006 to 2012. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at EGG Plc from 2001 to 2005 and as a Director of Commercial at Proximity from 2000 to 2001. Hervé started their career as a Director of Client at OgilvyAction from 1997 to 2000, where they were responsible for managing web budgets, recruitment, and client relationships.

Hervé SOLUS obtained an Executive MBA degree in Direction générale from HEC Paris in the academic year from 2005 to 2006.
