Demed L'Their has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Demed'smost recent position was as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of R&D at DigitalRoute, where they focused on helping companies refine their business models and build usage intelligence solutions. Prior to this, Demed held various roles at SAP, including Global Vice President and Chief Technology Advisor. In these roles, they supported sales initiatives and worked on product strategy, with a focus on cloud, Internet-of-Things, Big Data, and HANA. Before SAP, Demed worked at Oracle Corporation as the Vice President of Product Management, leading a team responsible for Oracle Fusion Middleware integration products. Demed also had significant experience at TIBCO Software Inc., where they held positions as an Engineering Manager, Pre-sales Engineer, and Technical Manager, among others. Additionally, Demed co-founded Qimigo, Inc., a company in the field of digital photography, and worked at TIBCO Finance Technology Inc. in Japan as a Systems Engineer and IT Director. Demed started their career with internships at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories, IFREMER, and CNET (France Telecom Laboratories).

Demed L'Their completed a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering at Université de Bretagne Occidentale from 1990 to 1993. From 1993 to 1995, they pursued a French Master of Engineering degree in Signal Processing, Electronics, Computer Science, and Economics at Telecom Bretagne. During the same period, they also obtained an Ingénieur Généraliste degree in Systèmes logiciels & réseaux from IMT Atlantique. In 1995, they obtained an M.Sc and Preliminary Doctorate Certificate (DEA) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Multimedia Networks from Université de Rennes I. In 2015, Demed completed a 5-day Hadoop training program at Hortonworks University. They also hold additional certifications in various subjects such as machine learning, data science, and product management.
