After completing their secondary education, Fredrik pursued further studies in Human Resources Management at Uppsala University from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they did not obtain a degree. In parallel, Fredrik also attended the Swedish Academy Of Fitness Education (SAFE), where they acquired an Occupational license as a Personal Trainer in 2011.
Subsequently, Fredrik enrolled at Lund University School of Economics and Management, where they studied Human Resources and Business law from 2011 to 2013, ultimately earning their Bachelor's degree. Alongside their formal education, Fredrik obtained several certifications to enhance their professional profile. In 2012, they obtained the Map TQ - Shapes - Views: Recruitment Tools certification from the cut-e Group. Additionally, in 2013, they acquired the MAP - measuring and assessing individual potential: Recruitment Tool certification from Assessio. These certifications further demonstrate Fredrik's commitment to professional growth and strengthening their skill set.
