Qasim Sadiq

Qasim Sadiq is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer support and logistics. Currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Support and Logistics at Remobile since January 2023, Qasim has also worked at Digitech Outsourcing Solution in email, phone, and chat support since August 2020. Prior roles include Customer Service Representative at Vactor Dynamics from June 2019 to July 2020 and Medical Billing Specialist at Polaris Power Solutions from May 2018 to June 2019. Qasim holds a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from Lahore Garrison University (2016-2020) and is pursuing a Master's in Project Management at the University of the West of Scotland, expected to complete in June 2025.
