Krina Merchant

Krina Merchant joined Digitech in 2021 as Corporate Counsel. Krina comes with a background in balancing business goals with legal risk, allowing her to effectively support the departments she works with at Digitech. She recently held a role as corporate counsel for a cutting-edge biotechnology company and has significant experience working in heavily regulated industries.

Krina holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Western Ontario (Canada) and received her Law Degree from The University of Leicester (UK). She subsequently earned a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall School of Law (Canada) and a second Master of Laws from Fordham University. Krina is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and has admission to practice law in Ontario, Canada. Krina is currently completing training to become a Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer.
