Navania Gounden has a diverse work experience in various roles. Most recently, they worked at Digiterra as the Head of Talent Acquisition, starting in March 2023. Before that, they worked at Monese as a Senior Talent Partner, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building and improving internal programs and processes, and leading a team of talent sourcers and acquisition specialists.
