Rhonda Dawes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and procurement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at DigitlHaus Agency since February 2024, Rhonda oversees eCommerce projects, provides support to Project Managers, and focuses on improving project velocity. Previously, Rhonda held the role of Senior Project Manager at Shero Commerce and Project Manager III at Classy Llama, where expertise in managing digital growth and eCommerce solutions was demonstrated. Rhonda's background also includes significant procurement roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where multiple procurement transformation projects were led, and serving as an All-Source Intelligence Officer with the U.S. Army Reserve.
