Oskar Mondrian is an experienced Sales Director with a demonstrated history of developing business strategies and enhancing brand awareness within the footwear and food service industries. At Digitsole since August 2014, Oskar has spearheaded the strategy for the first connected heated insole, overseeing budgets, sales force organization, and market evaluations, particularly in the US and China. Previously, Oskar held the same title at Glaglashoes International from February 2009 to August 2014, where contributions included the launch of the world's most lightweight ventilated shoe. Oskar's early experience includes serving as Project & Sales Promotion Director at Burger King Israel, focusing on operational standard evaluations and financial performance. Oskar holds a Combined Degree in International Business Management and Economy from Ariel University.
