Engin Arslan has extensive work experience in the broadcast industry. ENGİN started their career at TV8 | MNG TV YAYINCILIK A.Ş in 1998 as a Supervisor in Broadcast Systems and Technical Operations. ENGİN was responsible for the engineering and technical operations of various broadcast systems including Digital Tape Recorder, ENG Cameras, Studio Light, Studio screen, Tape Library Systems, Routing, and Post Production Systems. ENGİN also managed the MCR and PCR systems, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, redundancy, and remote control interfaces. In 2000, they were promoted to Manager of Broadcast Operation at the same company, overseeing the overall technical and engineering operations, including ENG production and SNG production.
In 2012, Engin joined MNG SHOP as a Manager of Broadcast Operation, where they continued to oversee the technical and engineering operations of broadcast systems, including playout automation, video servers, digital archiving, routing, network, and storage systems. ENGİN also managed PAM and MAM systems, post-production systems, and MCR and PCR systems.
Engin Arslan's most recent role is Director of Broadcast Operation at Digiturk since 2015. Their responsibilities include overseeing the overall technical and engineering operations, management, and installations of broadcast systems, PAM systems, MAM systems, post-production systems, turnaround off-tube systems, and video and audio infrastructures.

Engin Arslan obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sakarya University between 1992 and 1997.
