Erem Demircan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Erem began their career in 2002 at Beko Elektronik as the VP of International Sales and Marketing. In 2006, they joined Turk Telekom as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. In 2012, they joined Oger Telecom as the Chief Commercial and Business Development Officer, overseeing major subsidiaries in Southeast Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and South Africa. In 2013, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at CellC. Most recently, in 2017, they assumed the role of Executive Vice President-Commercial at Digiturk.
