Erhan Ayyıldız

Erhan Ayyıldız has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Erhan started their career in 1997 as a Software Developer and Team Leader at BIS Çözüm Evi, where they developed the first local factoring software in Turkey. In 1999, they joined Tradesoft as a Software Developer, responsible for developing and operating public offerings in the stock market, as well as supporting other trading modules.

In 2001, Erhan took on a role as a Reserve Lieutenant at TSK (Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri), where they managed and trained soldiers and developed a software solution for automated logistic transfer points, which was implemented across Turkey. In the same year, they joined Bizitek as a Developer and later became a Technical Project Management and Project Group Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of various projects, including the creation of a local CRM framework and product called Emptor.

In 2008, Erhan joined Ericsson as a Program Manager, where they managed development and test teams for Turkcell Global Bilgi and completed three contact periods. At Turkcell Business Operations, they managed outsource teams responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying services, tariffs, and campaigns for over 30 Turkcell products. Erhan also managed teams at Digiturk for the ITTP Transformation Project, specifically overseeing frontend and report development.

Currently, Erhan works at Digiturk as the Director of CRM & Analytics Solutions, where they are responsible for leading the CRM and analytics solutions team since 2019. Erhan is also a University Lecturer at İstanbul Sağlık ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi since 2022.

Erhan Ayyıldız holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University, which was attained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aston American University between 2015 and 2017. Erhan's educational journey began at Istanbul University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from 1993 to 1997. Erhan completed their high school education at Vefa Lisesi from 1987 to 1993.
