Currently serving as the Collections Manager at DigniFi since May 2022, Al oversees the collections department. Previously, Al worked at Blue Novis as Manager of Collections Operations, managing multiple portfolios and focusing on team development and client relations. Al's career includes leadership roles at Lexington Law Firm, Lendmark Financial Services, and Automotive Capital Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams, forecasting budgets, and analyzing financial documents. At DriveTime, Al excelled as Senior Collections Manager, supervising a substantial team and implementing training and HR policies. Additionally, Al began a career in collections at AMERICREDIT FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., managing a call center team and focusing on performance reviews and customer service.
