Jayne Pearce

Jayne Pearce is a skilled business leader with extensive experience in the service sector, currently serving as the Business Leader at Dignity Plc since April 2022, overseeing the Lancaster and Morecambe Crematorium. Previously, Jayne held multiple roles at Co-op, including Funeral Service Manager, Funeral Director, and Funeral Arranger from March 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, Jayne served as Aftersales Manager at Vantage Motor Group and as Service Manager at Pye Motors Ltd, both in Morecambe. Commencing a career at DSG (D. Stoker Group Ltd), Jayne advanced from Service Advisor to Team Leader, earning recognition as Hyundai Service Advisor of the Year twice. Jayne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in 2021.
