Dr. Jörg Biefeld

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, currently serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022. With extensive experience in education and social work, JoNataye has held various roles, including Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013, and Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022. Additionally, JoNataye worked as a Contributing Professor at Walden University, a Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University, and at Ohio Dominican University in similar roles. Early career positions include a Graduate Research Assistant and a School Social Worker at Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District. JoNataye's academic background includes a PhD in Social Work, a Master's degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies, all obtained from The Ohio State University.
