Silvia Balestriero

Silvia Balestriero is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing human capital and organizational development. Since January 2014, Silvia has served as the Human Resources Director at Dilaxia, overseeing recruitment, job rotation, compensation policies, performance evaluation, and management by objectives (MBO). Prior to this role, Silvia worked as an FTE Service Manager, aligning business activities with commercial management.
