Richard Mathies

Richard Mathies has over 40 years of experience in real estate. Richard started their career at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a Senior Vice President in 1977 and held this role for 12 years until 1989. Richard then joined Fred Sands Realtors as an Executive Vice President, where they worked for over a decade until 2000. In 2000, they returned to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a Senior Vice President, but only stayed for a year. In 2002, they joined Dilbeck Real Estate as the Executive Vice President and later became the Vice President of DRE Compliance. Richard retired from Dilbeck Real Estate but the end date for the Vice President DRE Compliance role is not specified.

Richard Mathies attended Shaler High School from 1951 to 1955. From 1960 to 1961, they then attended Robert Morris University, where they studied Accounting and Business Law.
