Adam Ginsberg

Adam Ginsberg, CPA has extensive work experience in the accounting field. Adam started their career at EY in 2006 as a Staff Accountant and steadily progressed to roles such as Senior, Manager, and finally Senior Manager. During their time at EY, they were responsible for managing financial statement audits, conducting interim reviews, and performing internal control testing procedures for high growth companies in various industries. Adam was also the primary contact for clients and underwriters in completing SEC filings, including Initial Public Offerings.

In 2017, Adam joined Diligent as an Assistant Controller before being promoted to Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting. In 2020, they were further promoted to Vice President, Global Controller. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Chief Accounting Officer at Diligent.
