Declan Taggart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer and AI Operations at Diligent since September 2021, Declan has previously held multiple roles within the company, including Customer Support Manager and Customer Support Team Lead. Prior to Diligent, Declan worked at Three Ireland as a Store Manager from May 2017 to September 2021. Declan's career began at Lidl Ireland as an RMDP Manager from July 2014 to May 2017 and includes experience as a Duty Manager at Topaz Energy Ltd from June 2008 to July 2014. Academically, Declan holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick (2020-2021) and a retail management qualification from the Lidl RMDP programme at Dublin Business School (2015-2017).
