Adam Gwilliam is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Diligenta since March 2023, Adam has previously held significant roles at Capita from September 2008 to March 2023, including Head of Operations and Customer Service Manager. Prior to that, Adam worked at Diligenta (formerly Unisys Insurance Services) and held various positions including Call Centre Team Leader, starting in January 2003. Adam's career began at Abbey Life as a Contact Center Agent, with earlier experience at AXA and Unisys. Adam holds a Post Graduate Award in Operations and Process Management from the University of Warwick and an HND in Business and Finance from Swindon College.
