Kylie Laws

Kylie Laws is an experienced professional in the fields of wellbeing, benefits management, and project leadership. Currently serving as Reward Manager for Wellbeing and Benefits at Diligenta since November 2022, Kylie previously held roles at United Learning from September 2016 to November 2022, including Lead HR Project Officer, where project management focused on staff wellbeing and benefits for over 9,000 employees, and Project Lead in Technology, overseeing strategic educational and administrative projects. Kylie's earlier experience includes positions at South Cambridgeshire District Council as Waste Policy, Change and Innovation Manager, and Waste Recycling and Minimisation Officer, along with an Assistant Recycling Officer role at Peterborough City Council and research work at MEL Research. Kylie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
