Paul Reddie

Paul Reddie has extensive experience in pension management and operations within the financial services sector, currently serving as Department Manager for Workplace Pensions at Diligenta since February 2023. Previously, Paul held the same role at Phoenix Group for a brief period and was Operations Team Manager at Standard Life Assurance from December 2019 to November 2022. Early career roles include Account Manager at Royal London and a variety of managerial positions at Aegon over nearly two decades, focusing on sales operations, project management, relationship management, and change management. Paul began in customer service as Team Leader at BSkyB while studying at university. Academically, Paul holds an MA (Hons) in Scottish Historical Studies from The University of Edinburgh and participated in a university exchange program at The University of Puget Sound.
