Amber Amantea, SHRM-CP, has a robust background in Human Resources Management, currently serving at Dillanos Coffee Roasters since September 2007, where Amber leads HR initiatives that enhance talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, contributing to improved retention and productivity.
