P.eng. Matt Balcombe

Matt Balcombe, P.Eng. is currently the Atlantic Regional Account Lead for Community Infrastructure at Dillon Consulting Limited. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Process Engineer at CBCL Limited and as a Project Engineer at WSP. Matt obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Diploma of Engineering from St. Francis Xavier University.
