Tim Fogarty, Esq., CTFA has over 14 years of experience in the financial and legal industry. Currently, they serve as a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Dime Bank, where they lead the Bank's wealth management offering and provides comprehensive fiduciary services to individual and institutional clients. Prior to joining Dime Bank in 2021, Tim worked at Washington Trust Wealth Management as an AVP and Wealth Management Officer from 2019 to 2021, and as an Officer and Wealth Management Associate from 2017 to 2019. Tim also gained experience as an Attorney at Timothy Fogarty, Esq. from 2015 to 2017, and as an Associate Financial Representative and Operations Manager at Northwestern Mutual from 2007 to 2012.

Tim Fogarty, Esq., CTFA completed their education in a chronological order. Tim attended Saint Joseph Regional High School from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Providence College from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Roger Williams University School of Law and graduated with a Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude.

In addition to their education, Tim Fogarty obtained various certifications. Tim became a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) through the American Bankers Association in April 2019. Tim also holds the title of Attorney, regulated by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. Furthermore, they are a Notary Public in both the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
