Monica LaCroix-Rubin, CAMS, has a comprehensive work experience in the banking industry. Monica is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Dime Community Bank since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Risk Officer at BNB Bank from January 2020 to February 2021 and Chief Compliance Officer from April 2018 to January 2020.

Monica's earlier roles include Director of BSA/AML Compliance at Bridgehampton National Bank from June 2012 to January 2017, BSA/OFAC/FACTA Officer at Carver Federal Savings Bank from March 2011 to June 2012, and Assistant BSA Officer at Carver Federal Savings Bank from April 2009 to March 2011.

Monica has also worked as a Compliance Manager at Integrated Compliance Solutions from August 2007 to March 2009 and as an AML Investigator at North Fork Bank from December 2006 to July 2007.

Monica began their career in the banking industry as a Bank Secrecy Act Specialist at New York Community Bank from February 2006 to December 2006 and as a Universal Personal Banking Representative from January 2005 to February 2006.

Monica LaCroix-Rubin, CAMS pursued their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2004 at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
