Douglas Longo

Douglas Longo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fixed income investment strategy and portfolio management. Currently serving as Co-Head of Product Specialists and Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors since February 2014, Douglas has held multiple roles including Head of Fixed Income Portfolio Strategists and Senior Fixed Income Strategist. Prior to this, Douglas was a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns & Co. Douglas began their academic journey with a B.S. in Finance from LIU Post and furthered their education with an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, where Douglas also served as a teaching assistant. In addition, Douglas has military experience as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, recognized with the Navy Achievement Medal and multiple promotions.
