Stephen Minne

Stephen Minne is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors, particularly within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Dimer Instruments since 2024, Stephen leads the development of instruments that enhance real-time data monitoring and quality assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Product Development and Design at Saluda Medical, Vice President of Engineering and Innovation at True Digital Surgery, and Chief Technology Officer at Wyatt Technology. Stephen's notable achievements also encompass leadership positions at Bruker and Veeco Instruments, where responsibilities spanned product development, business development, and revenue growth for multi-million dollar business units. Stephen holds a Ph.D. and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, complemented by a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Stephen has served as a Consulting Assistant Professor at Stanford University.
