James Reátegui

James Reátegui has over 19 years of professional experience in software engineering and technology. James is currently the Engineering Team Lead at DIMO. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & CTO of Atena in 2020. In 2019, they were the Tech Lead, Engineering at StockX. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Co-Founder and CTO of Juntoz.com, as well as a Software Engineer at Integral. In 2011, they were the Owner of REA Cloudware. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Director of Technology at Red Folder. From 2002 to 2007, they were a Mortgage Specialist at California First Financial, and in 2001 they were a Web Engineering Intern at Urchin Software. In 2012, they founded Materia Software S.A.C., a Software as a Service company.

James Reátegui began their educational journey in 1986 at Colegio FD Roosevelt. James then attended San Diego Mesa College from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an Associate's degree in Transfer. Finally, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego in 2007.
