Allison Martin, LCSW, has over a decade of diverse work experience in the field of social work. Allison is currently serving as the Head of Service at DIMONDALE ADOLESCENT, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, Allison worked at Wayfinder Family Services as an Assistant Director from September 2020 to May 2021, a Licensed Mental Health Clinician from March 2019 to August 2020, and a Clinical Social Worker from January 2017 to March 2019. Before joining Wayfinder Family Services, they gained experience at Junior Blind as a Clinical Case Manager from August 2014 to September 2017 and as a Residential Counselor from September 2013 to August 2014. Allison also completed internships at The Flossie Lewis Center, where they provided case management and therapeutic services to clients at a residential drug and alcohol treatment center from September 2012 to April 2013, and at CLARE Foundation, where they provided case management and therapy services to adults, including initial intake assessments and ongoing case management, from February 2012 to September 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Beautiful Minds Center for Autism from September 2009 to January 2012, providing support to special needs children and their families through the implementation of behavioral techniques and interventions. Allison's wide-ranging experience has equipped their with a strong foundation in social work and a diverse skill set to address the needs of individuals and communities.
Allison Martin, LCSW obtained their M.A. in Psychology from the University of the Pacific, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Allison also completed General Education Courses in Polish Studies at the University of Wroclaw from 2008 to 2009. Later on, they pursued a Masters in Social Work at the University of Southern California from 2011 to 2013.
