Roy Masters

Roy Masters currently serves as Director of Engineering at Dimplex Thermal Solutions, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Roy spent nearly two decades at Whirlpool Corporation, where roles included Global Engineering Manager for Advanced Development & Innovation, focusing on thermal systems engineering, and Lead Engineer overseeing Dryer Subsystem Owners in Fabric Care, specializing in drying performance and thermodynamic subsystems. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Shepherd Caster Corporation, Application Engineer-Project Manager at National-Standard Company, and Design-Test Engineer at GKN Driveline. Roy holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University and Western Michigan University, respectively, and is recognized for effectively solving complex engineering challenges, including a significant NVH issue in driveshaft components.
