Vaibhav Jayal

Vaibhav Jayal has extensive experience in research and financial operations, currently serving as Research Manager and previously as Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst at Dinan & Company, LLC since December 2011. Responsibilities include generating proprietary deals for private equity clients, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition search, and database management. Prior experience includes roles at AVIVA Life Insurance Co. and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co., where duties encompassed sales management and improving investment operations. Vaibhav holds an Advanced Masters in Financial and Actuarial Engineering from KU Leuven and an MBA in International Business and Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, among other qualifications in finance and insurance management.
