Hjalmar Gonzales

Hjalmar Gonzales is an experienced professional in the field of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and industrial management, currently serving as Coordinador SHE-TPM at Dinant since April 2013. Prior to this role, Hjalmar worked at Unilever from May 1998 to June 2009 as Coordinador TPM, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of the TPM program focused on continuous improvement. Hjalmar holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, completed between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from UMH, obtained from 2007 to 2012.
