Riley Miller

Riley Miller has a rich work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Software Engineer at Dynamix in 1998. After that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Purdue University from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, they joined Cisco Systems, INC as a Software Automation/QA Engineer, where they designed and implemented network solutions and wrote automation tools. Riley then worked at Wireless Generation as a Software Automation/QA Engineer from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Riley joined Appia as a Senior Software Automation Engineer, where they designed and implemented various automation frameworks, developed testing suites, and drove the adoption of Behavior Driven Development and Continuous Integration. They also worked on fraud-detection software and educated developers and QA professionals on programming techniques and automation.

From 2017 to 2020, Riley served as a Lead Automation Engineer at Teradata, contributing to automation efforts and ensuring quality results. They then moved on to FINRA in 2020, where they held the position of Senior Software Developer in Test.

Currently, Riley is working as the Lead Software Developer in Test at Dinara since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for defining the QA culture, designing and implementing automation frameworks, managing operations, and leading the Quality Engineering department.

Throughout their career, Riley has gained expertise in various programming languages, databases, and tools, such as Ruby, Java, C#, Docker, Selenium, Jenkins, and AWS. They have a strong focus on delivering quality software and have demonstrated leadership and project management skills in their roles.

Riley Miller attended Purdue University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, from 2000 to 2004, Riley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University.
