Fernando Brustolini has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Fernando is currently the Founder and CEO of Dinerama, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they were an Entrepreneur at a Stealth Startup from July 2021 to December 2021.
From August 2019 to February 2021, Fernando worked at Creditas as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for product vision and strategy for three squads after the credit analysis stage. Fernando successfully transformed the company culture from feature-driven to outcome-focused, and implemented a new Inside Sales Product that significantly improved response time and conversion rates.
Before Creditas, Fernando was a member of the founding team and Head of Product at UME from July 2018 to June 2019. Fernando played a key role in developing the product and overall strategy of the company.
From May 2017 to July 2018, Fernando worked at Méliuz as a Product Manager. Fernando led the grocery tribe and was responsible for the vision, strategy, and development of digital products for retailers and brands. Fernando also validated a new product focused on brands and QR code transactions.
At Nubank, Fernando served as a Business Architect for Customer Experience, Rewards, and Acquisition products from April 2015 to August 2016. Fernando collaborated with stakeholders from other squads to align priorities and deadlines, mapped processes, and worked with engineers and designers to prioritize features.
Fernando also has previous work experience at Ambev as part of the logistics team from August 2013 to March 2015. Fernando worked as a Global R&D Intern at ArcelorMittal from October 2012 to March 2013, focusing on a project related to hydrogen content in High Strength Steels for the European automobile industry. Prior to that, they had an internship at RHI Magnesita as a Production Intern, where they worked in production management and implemented changes to avoid raw material contamination.

Fernando Brustolini earned a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2008 to 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Business Specialist certification from the Business Training Company. Fernando pursued Product Management studies at BrainStation in 2017. In 2018, they studied Computer Software Engineering at Le Wagon. In 2020, they completed a course on Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking at MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2021, they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Latitud. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Opportunity Mapping from Product Talk and UX Bootcamp from Huge in 2021 and 2015 respectively.
