Bob Henderson is an experienced professional in the food service industry, currently serving as the Western Regional Manager and Member Consultant at Dining Alliance since 2011. In this role, Bob acts as a consultant for the largest Group Purchasing Organization in the country, catering to independent restaurants, multi-unit operators, and regional chains, with a focus on mission-driven services that require no membership fees or dues for its 18,000+ members across the U.S. Prior to this position, Bob held the role of Western Regional Manager at The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley from February 2008 to February 2011, and served as General Manager at Santa Monica Seafood from March 2000 to April 2004, as well as General Manager at American Fish and Seafood in Las Vegas from April 1986 to December 1999.
