Jeff McMahan

Jeff McMahan is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer with extensive experience in advising businesses on formation, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, technology licensing, trademarks, and copyrights. As a Partner at Dinse, Knapp & McAndrew since December 2002, Jeff has built a notable career. Prior to this, Jeff served as Deputy General Counsel at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, focusing on intellectual property matters and negotiating complex software and technology agreements. Jeff also worked as Corporate Counsel at IDX Systems, where responsibilities included technology transfer agreements, software licensing, trademarks, and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Corporate Finance from Middlebury College.
