Hillary Dabney

Hillary Dabney has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Hillary started their career as an Employment Law Paralegal at Tueth Keeney Cooper Mohan & Jackstadt P.C. in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Hillary then joined Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney, PLLC as a Paralegal from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they worked as a Paralegal at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP from 2006 to 2011. Hillary then became a Compliance Officer at the Kentucky League of Cities from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been associated with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where they started as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal from 2014 to 2017. Hillary then moved on to a role as the Regional Office Administrator from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, which they started in January 2020.

Hillary Dabney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Equestrian Science from William Woods University, from 1998 to 2002. In 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Leadership with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Sullivan University.
