Yankun Guo

Yankun Guo is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP since August 2023 and as a Global Expert at Blockchain Founders Fund since June 2020, focusing on leveraging blockchain technology for emerging projects. Guo has extensive experience as a Director on the Board of the Chinese American Bar Association of Greater Chicago and previously held partnership positions at Ice Miller LLP and Goldstein & McClintock LLLP, providing legal advice on corporate and securities law, particularly in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors. Prior experience includes founding a private law practice, serving as Regulatory Counsel for Opportunity Financial, and consulting for CME Group. Guo received a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
