Jez Piper

Jez Piper is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in both school improvement and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Strategic Education Leader at the Diocese of Bristol Academies Trust since January 2017, Jez Piper has previously held positions as a Schools' Inspector with Estyn and as Headteacher at Monmouthshire County Council and Herefordshire Council. With a strong background in special educational needs and music coordination, Jez Piper also contributed to educational leadership as a Senior School Improvement Partner and Executive Director of Learning. Academic qualifications include a PGCE in Primary Teaching with Music Specialism from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from London South Bank University.
