Nigel Heath has extensive experience in customer service and claims handling within the insurance industry. From 2010 to 2017, Nigel worked at Allianz Insurance in various roles, including Customer Claims Advisor and Claims Handler, where responsibilities included managing claims from initiation to resolution, handling commercial insurance inquiries, and ensuring compliance with risk improvements. Prior to that, Nigel served at RSA for over two decades as a Claims Handler, contributing to projects aimed at enhancing claims processing systems. Since October 2018, Nigel has been employed by the Diocese of Bristol Academies Trust at Fishponds Academy, focusing on SMSA, Keyholder, and TA Training.
