Joseph Seaman

Joseph Seaman is an experienced Education Program Specialist at the State of New Jersey, where responsibilities include evaluating school districts, budget approval, and providing technical assistance. Previously, Joseph served as Supervisor of Technology Readiness and Educational Technology Specialist, focusing on technology integration in public and nonpublic schools.
