Nancy Gould (Ricard)

Nancy (Ricard) Gould has extensive experience in counseling, human resources, and business management. Since 2005, Nancy has served as a Counselor/Advocate at the Diocese of Providence, where responsibilities include evaluating clients for marriage annulments and psychological issues. Prior to this role, Nancy owned and managed A.C. Pool Supply from 1998 to 2007, implementing improved business practices and overseeing human resources. Additionally, Nancy worked as a Human Resource Manager at CVS Caremark Corporation from 1988 to 1998, fostering employee relations and managing recruitment efforts for a large workforce. Nancy's career began as a Social Worker with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 1980 to 1988. Nancy holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BA from Rhode Island College.
