Danielle Rake has a diverse work history, starting their career in 1996 as an Administrative Assistant at Manpower, Inc. Danielle then worked as a Catering Sales & Communications Manager at Shawnee Inn in 1997. After that, they served as a Service Representative at Manpower, Inc from 1998 to 2000. From 2004 to 2008, Danielle worked as a Marketing & Communications Director at LWR Time Ltd, where they promoted FORTIS Swiss watches, coordinated advertising, and managed participation in trade shows. In 2009, they returned to Manpower, Inc as a Staffing Specialist, responsible for managing the human resource operations of the Manpower onsite office at sanofi pasteur. Danielle then worked at Pocono Medical Center as a Coordinator for the Spirit of Women program from 2010 to 2011, organizing educational events and managing the program's magazine. Danielle joined Manpower, Inc again in 2011 as a Staffing Specialist and later moved to the Diocese of Scranton in 2012, first as a School Marketing Coordinator and later as the Director of Enrollment and Marketing. In their role, they provided advice and support to the schools on enrollment and marketing strategies, implemented a comprehensive recruitment and retention program, and initiated new enrollment and marketing efforts.

Danielle Rake obtained their Diploma from Leadership Pocono in 2009-2010. Prior to that, they enrolled in Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at Notre Dame High School in 1988-1989, receiving a Diploma with a focus on College Prep. However, they initially studied at Pocono Central Catholic High School from 1985 to 1988, but the school closed before they could graduate. As a result, they completed their high school education at Notre Dame HS in East Stroudsburg.
