Juan J. Guzman

Juan J. Guzman, MS, possesses extensive experience in financial management, education, and leadership. Currently serving as a Deacon for the Diocese of Worcester since June 2019, Juan previously worked as a Field Agent for the Knights of Columbus, providing financial security assistance to members. A significant portion of Juan's career was spent at SAIC, where roles included Financial Management Education and Training Program Manager, overseeing training programs and curriculum development, as well as managing diverse teams. Juan's military background in the United States Air Force involved high-level positions in financial analysis and program management. Holding a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management, Juan is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a proven track record of leadership, project management, and professional development across various sectors.
